What’s a better way to record footage for rendering?
I thought about this the other day, and I’m stumped.
If you are recording some footage and rending to a 30FPS video, would be it better to record your footage AT 30FPS, or does it not matter?
I figure if you’re recording at 55-60 (Jumping between these) and render into 30FPS, it may skip frames as it does now know which 30 out of those 60 to necessarily use.
Just a thought.

That’s nothing to worry about, if you are recording in say
60fps, you have the leverage of doing some cool slow motion if
there is a need for it, then render out at 30fps flawlessly, you

I have always recommended that it’s best to record and the same frame rate as your delivery format. This reduces any surprises from frame rate conversions.
