What Windows processes can I switch off for rendering with Nucleo?

Nucleo sent me a message about switching off some of the active processes to speed up the rendering. Looking in Task Manager I really have very little clue about which I can safely switch off and which I absolutely have to keep on. Is there a list anywhere of the processes that need to be left running when the PC is simply rendering a sequence?

What it really means is to try and not run applications when doing Nucleo (standard) renders. Things like Photoshop etc, along with Virus checkers etc will eat your system and compete with Nucleo to render.

Nucleo Pro is a little friendlier with running multiple apps at the same time, but you must have the RAM.

Unless you are very familiar with the task manager and what is running on your machine – I would stay away from stopping specific processes there.
