I am just not expert on illustrator. I learn everything over the internet. now I need to crate a bill-billboard. but If I make the file 120*60 the document become to weighty, & take a lot of times to apply an effect. & can u please tell me what will be the best regulation for this file if I import some PSD file. so please tell me what will be my document size? I will be very helpful.

(sorry for grammatically wrong English. I am from Bangladesh & Bangla is my mother tongue.)

    120″ x 60″

Just use 72 or 150dpi effects as opposed to 300.

Don’t make it 300dpi….use a really low resolution…so, 120inx60in, but at 25 or 50 dpi. Low resolutions work for billboards. Ask whoever is going print the billboard what specs will work best.

thank you sir, I made it 72, but one problem occurred, illustrator giving me a message that..
“The combination of artwork size & resolution exceeds the maximum that can be rasterized”
can you please tell me how can I fix it? ohhh… I used some bland & Gaussian blur.
    thanks.

Try to do some of those effects in Photoshop. Make your basic shapes in Illustrator, then bring them into a 120in x 60in Photoshop layout and add your blends and blurs.
