What Version of QuickTime is current??
What Version of QuickTime is current for Media Composer 3.0???
I need to use some music from I tunes (I’m on a Macintosh) and it’s saying I need Quick Time 7.5.5 or later.
If I up date Quick time to 7.5.5 will I have a conflict with Avid Media Composer 3.0 ??? -

Possibly. Not a definite yes, but many Avid problems are the result of upgrading your Quicktime to a much too recent version.
Do you have another system you can use to get what you need from iTunes? Why do you need to use iTunes?

I purchased the music on I tunes . . . . I can put it on a different system.
Any suggestions on converting the music to a different format so I don’t need Quicktime 7.5.5
