Theoretically yes, with several ifs: if you can find the original file location, if the server allows you access to download it and if it programmed in such a way that is doesn’t depend on other files on the server.

No, you did not get Kalleheikki’s answer.
You’re probably not allowed to without permission, so he will not do it to protect his good name.

Now, since it is a very simple game and looks quite old, you probably get it for free if you ask for it.
Or, it will probably play even if you loose your internet connection, so you ‘have’ it always, and it will be perfectly legal.

Or hire a coder (like me) and have it re-done tailor made for a few hundred bucks or less.
(Or learn how to code yourself, this is a perfect starting project.)
