This is an open question to everyone who must ship an HD show or commercial to a network or cable channel.

With several HD tape formats out there, to what tape format are networks requiring deliverables be recorded?

Are any accepting hard drives yet?

    If so, please discuss?

For UK broadcasters who are now commissioning in full 1080p HD —
BBC, Sky — HDCAM tape is a minimum. Sky One commissioners are
currently lobbying their tech guys to accept the EX1.

Its going to be network specific. We’ve delivered to three different networks and each required a different format with a different set of video specs. If you plan to submit to a particular station I would recommend giving them a call to see which format they prefer.
