  What Specifications on Encoding Rate to Use for Blu-Ra

  I’m going to encode a video to H.264 for Blu-ray and I want to know what the maximum data rate you can use on a Blu-ray disc is and what people’s experience has been on exactly how high to set your maximum KBPS.
