    Hi,

We are going to be upgrading from FCP 5 to 6 tomorrow. Anything I should do (like back up, save certain prefs??) before I make this install?

Also any kind of issues with FCP 6 and Black Magic Decklink HD 6.6.2 that I should consider before I also upgrade decklink driver?

    Thanks so much!

Clone your present system drive to a clean firewire drive using Carbon Copy Cloner first and avoid any concerns. You can always boot to that drive and or copy any files you might need from that, and if you should be one of the very few who has any issues you can just roll back.
