  What setting is best for using this video?

  I am doing a short video where I output the animations from AE as Youtube HD clips. They are mp4. When I start a project in PP, what should I use. I have an HDV camera so I use the HDV 720p setting because it is the closest, but I get some issues moving between the preview timeline and the sequence timeline, a slight delay (beach ball) until I can work.

  Are my settings in PP causing this issue?
