What screencast / recording solution for edit in FCP?

I meant to say 1920×1200 so you can crop that to 1920×1080.The free Quicktime X feature records in H.264. I wouldn’t want to put that in a timeline. Then you’re faced with transcoding that already compressed file to another codec.
I’d much prefer to capture using ScreenFlows high quality capture and export directly to ProRes. ScreenFlow also has some unique feature that you can build in before export that would be very hard to duplicate in FCP.
