• Adobe After Effects

  What might have caused this? :/

  Renderer: Ray-Traced 3D (checked)
  Adobe Illustrator files only (checked)

  I have fully followed the criteria to make a logo extrude but why is this happening? A gray solid covers my logo after clicking on Create Shapes from Vector Layer. see pic:
