What light is this?
Anyone know what type of light this is? The flat window shaped rectangular one. I think the photographer may have rigged that himself. If so, anyone have an idea how I could set something like thing up?

Likely a Rosco Lite Pad mounted in the frame. Here’s a link:

Also there are many types of LED strips which you can customize into different uses from Lite Gear:
Has a similar look and effect of Kino “Bar Fly” which is fluorescent vs. LED, but some of the other lights in the shot clearly are Kino Flo Products, I’m not exactly sure which one you’re asking about, but maybe these links will help you out.
