What kind of printing method and can I fake it ?
Hi there, does anyone know what kind of printing method was used here and how I could simulate it with photoshop or indesign ? thanks alot

That is called ASCII art. You can get an ASCII art converter. Found this one, but not sure how well it works: https://picascii.com/
