  What is the Proper Digitizing Workflow

  As I import footage into Premiere from my DVCam, I am unsure of the most efficient way to catalog/title clips. I’ve been capturing by hittin ‘Tape’ and using the scene detect. This works fine, but I’d like to enter the info for each clip at this point instead of having to go through again and retitling all the clips in the project bin.
  When I enter info in to the clip data field it doesn’t seem to show once it’s in the project. How do you guys suggest adding the info most efficiently?
