This is a noob question, but when I nest comps into a master comp, I cannot then Make Stereo 3D Rig successfully.

I thought it would do things automatically. What am I missing?

What is the best way to combine multiple comps for 3D output?

I recommend working your way through the tutorials and documentation for this feature set, especially this.

Yes, I’ve read through all of that already. It doesn’t answer my question.

Make a stereo rig in each comp.

Yes, I know the best way to make a stereo 3D comp.

My question is: what is the best way to join two stereo 3D comps together?
