what is the best way to edit any movie for vertical monitor display?
First off all.. sorry for my weak english.I’ll try to explain as good as I can.
I’ve got a presentation project for local museum. And the client would like to show it in vertical LED screen.
The footages was already shot in vertical(by canon D5).What is the best way to do the editing? Is there any setting that I can use? And what about the present monitor in editing session, how can I set it right? (my lcd display can pivot to vertical orientation). It’s difficult to select takes with all subject lay down like that.I can use both Avid and FCP.Any suggestion for working in this condition? Do I have to provide more details?
Oh… I dont believe the best way is rotate every footages I have.Or rotate everything in my timeline back and fort.(as my friend try to tell me to do)
I’ve got 50 hours of footage or so, some of them are interviewing.
Please… What is the easiest way. Really need help.Last,I have to release it in HD 1080i .mov file.
