what is the best tech to use for creating a listing site a la isohunt or you tube?
I know the two sites are very different… but looking for a way to create listings based on both web searching and user submissions/recommendations, that creates user rated lists, latest added lists, etc, but unlike a torrent site, I don’t want to host the files on my site. Something that preferably requires little upkeep on my end, ie is user driven. Extra credit for open source stuff! =) Am fairly programming language literate, but I just don’t know in which direction to head with this! Any and all help will be appreciated greatly.
