Bob & Harry: Yes, absolutely, Blu-laser & other optical discs can be added to a long list of media which can be used to transport P2-originated video data near & far.

Essentially just about anything & everything that can contain/transmit digital data can be used, within reason. As always it depends on what the client needs, expects and can afford.
