  • What file extension needed for Blu Ray?

We’re authoring a Blu Ray in Encore CS4. I know it needs H.264 or Mpeg2, but what are the file extensions that it accepts without re-transcoding?

Also, the video files are 720p23.98. I saw in another post that this is not supported. Is this the case? Is upscale the best option?

    Thanks

    the file-extentions will be:

    .m2v or .264

and yes, 720p23,98 is not part of BD-spec, if you would like to stay at 23.98p, you need to upscale to 1080p23.98.

    cheers
