What export setting to use?
Quick question about my workflow. I’ve exported several DV video clips that I want to composite into a montage in Motion. I exported my clips from FCP as Quicktime files using “Current Settings”. I then brought these clips into Motion and assembled them the way I wanted. Now, when I want to export my final montage comp from Motion for use in FCP, which is the best way to export it in order to ensure the highest quality? Do I export as a NTSC DV file, or should I use “Lossless Movie”?

Don’t export anything, just bring the motion project file directly into FCP
