  What container for AC-3 besides MP4 using FFmpeg?

  I can successfully mux AC-3 to mp4, even when using 5.1 .wav as the source (!), but have had no luck with .mov, .avi, .mpg, or .mkv.
  I admit I’m a little fuzzy on all the different video/container formats, but does FFmpeg have limitations with which format it will mux AC-3 to? Pretty sure all the ones I listed do support AC-3…

  And HOW GREAT to find an active forum on this topic!
