  what camera would work

  I am looking for a camera that will work with FCP5.1.2 and is the cheapest alternative
  My GR-HD1 by JVC isn’t compatible.
  Does anyone know how to make my GR-HD1 work with FCP. I have tried Lumiere HD and that isn’t recognizing it either.
  On the FCP resources hardware compatibility page they list compatible cameras.
  of them… The Sony HDR-FX1 which is just too expensive
  Also the Sony HDR-HC1, the Sony HVR-A1U, and Canon HV10.
  I am looking for suggestions between those three. What is the best value for the money.
  Also would the Sony HC5 or 7 also work being that the HC1 is compatible. Also there is a Canon HV20. Has anyone tried these cameras.
  If so, which ones do you suggest to buy for working on my HD project?
