What camera.
Hey guys/girls,
I’d would realy appreciate a bit of advice regarding “what camera”, OK I’m looking at buying one of the following;
The Panasonic AG-DVX100AE, Sony PD150 or Canon XL1, now before any asks what sort of projects they will be used for, well, they wont, for family use only. In saying that I have done a couple of weddings for friends before and have been asked to film my uncles wedding latter this year, also a friend of mine wants me to make a short DVD of his son playing football. So big question what makes each of these cameras stand out from one another.Any input will be realy appreciated.

Honestly I think you’re aiming too high. All of those cameras offer many features that you would never need or use for the kind of use you’re looking for.
A Sony VX-2100 (or used VX-2000) might give you a much better price without losing very much that you would actually use.
