    What are constant frames?

    Just cleaning up my first finished project on FCP – Wahoo! Ran across the constant frames folder in the render folder and am curious, what are they and can I delete them in the finder?

    In 5 years, I’ve never come across them, wouldn’t give them a second thought.

    Thanks. I just saw them and was curious. I like to do throrough cleanup after each project, and with this being my first real project in FCP, I’m still learning about file organization on the mac.
