  What am I doing wrong with Compressor2 ?

  I keep getting the “Cannot submit batch. Unable to connect to background process” finger when trying to convert a two clip sequence from 10bit NTSC to 10 bit PAL from FCP5 via compressor2.
  I followed the steps in the manual, and I get this message. And of course there is no mention of this message in the manual. Is is me or is it a bug?
