    Western Digital Passport Pro – Thunderbolt Failure

    Hello, I have a question.

    I have a Western Digital Passport Pro Thunderbolt drive 2tb. The hardrive was working fine up to last night when it made a weird noise and after that the disk image stop appearing on my Macbook. I tried checking it using Disk Utility where it says hardrive has issues but can’t fix. When I opened it with Wester Digital’s official Drive Utility and ran diagnosis, it says the drive is fine, but I can’t see anything on the desktop.

    I really could use some help here if anyone has ever come across this situation before, and is able to help me through to retrieve my data.
