I hope entering the inner sanctum (learning the secret handshake, etc.) is not too scary. Just don’t participate in any initiation that involves a blindfold.

Yes, they have been known to work their magic a time or two.
But to be honest, Wally, what really won over David was sharing a big bowl of kibble and beer with him. The kibble filled his stomach and made him sleepy and lazy — while I shoved the pen into his hand and the contract under his nose — and the beer made him pliant. The rest was almost as easy as Terry Garr.
In the end, David is now mine for life. Oh, and I got his sunglasses, too. You gotta love that!
