I’m having a bit of trouble with an export.

I recently received an animated project, which I just need to tweak a little, and re render in a different framerate (25 to 29.97). Since most of it is keyframed, it does it without a problem.

However. When I queue it in AME, where we need to use the client’s preset, some weird interpolation ghosting appears. Here’s a capture:

I found a workaround, which means i have to render the whole thing in animation, then drag it back into AME, render with the preset, and it works. However it’s a bit of a drag, and the job requires we output a few dozen of these. It’s inefficient, to say the least.

I even tried prerendering everything and replacing it inside of after effects, but rendering from AE to AME still fudges up that lateral movement.

What could be the problem? What did I screw up? I can upload the preset as well, if you need me to.
