Weird image echoing in quicktim
Hello,
My employer gave me a quicktime but it has a strange image echoing effect, I’m not sure if it’s a frame rate issue, or what the proper terminology for this video aberration is.
Basically the movement isn’t smooth like a normal video, it’s like it’s displaying more than one frame at a time or something.
Any ides what this might be, or how to correct it?
