Weird horizontal edges on movement
I’ve been trying to figure this out.
I received a file from someone who did color correction on a video I previously worked on, he did the CC on his PC. It came back as a “animation” when I looked at the file format. I converted it to Apple Pro Res so that I can finish the output but it had these funky horizontal lines whenever someone moved on-screen.

Does it matter that the person that did the CC could not see the problem on his end?
I’ll look into the frame rates. But, I know it was shot in 24fps and output on my end as such. I didn’t check with him.

The timeline frame rate was correct.
The file I gave him didn’t have this problem, when I exported it.
