  Weird green line when encoding in Premiere

  When I export a video from a Premiere timeline on my PC with SD widescreen dimensions for YouTube or Vimeo (480×854), a vertical green line appears on the far right side of the rendered video. Does this happen with anyone else or just me?

  If I do the same thing on my Mac, it’s fine – no green line.

  I started tinkering around on my PC and discovered that if I reduce the horizontal dimensions by 2 pixels so that the rendered video is 480×852, the green line goes away. Still, I’m curious to know why this is happening so if anyone know, please illuminate me.
