WEIRD fcpx multiclip problem

the above link is a 20 second clip of a multiclip i’m working on. For some reason during playback the ONE section starts skipping and freaking out, but as you can see in the youtube video when you look at the angle in the angle viewer its skipping at all. The audio is also perfectly normal during the mc skipping I can change my angle and it does not skip either. I’m not overly concerned for my final product right now but I am concerned this may be some type of corrupt file that may end up spreading. Any ideas as to what caused this?
