weird FCP thing
I have a project open with about 8 sequence tabs open. I go through and close each tab. But then when I double click on my seq. folder to add another sequence, all the other sequences in the folder load up. How come? I can use the turn down to reveal the contents of the folder but if I create a new seq, it won’t place it into the folder. Yeah I can drag it but…
I know that this is a little thing. I just want to why it does it.

A couple things. Double clicking on a folder in 5 doesn’t open up the sequences inside. Can’t speak for other versions.
If you want to add a new sequence to a folder without dragging or opening the folder, simply right click on the folder and choose create new sequence.
