Weird brightness flicker on background using Nikon D5300
Hello,
I have recorded a couple of basic interviews and I have a brightness flicker in the background and I do not understand why. I do not understand why this is happening and how to stop it. This has happened on all 3 videos I have recorded.
I have created two short snippets to highlight the problem

It’s not really background only. That looks like oveall exposure fluctuation. Maybe there was a fluctuating light source out of frame…?
You could try using manual exposure, and making sure auto ISO is off? -
