I need to convert PAL DV Widescreen to FLV (in 16:9). When I open the video in Adobe Media Encoder I see it in letterboxed 4:3. When I click on “crop video” and choose 16:9, its ok, but then I cant set custom resolution. So how to do it? I need the video in 16:9 (not letterboxed) and lets say in 640×352.

Just set the checkbox on for Resize Video in the Video tab.
Might want to toggle it off and on to get the right output.
