While I’m asking potentially unanswerable questions, here’s another.

Imagine a row of clones with a random effector set to affect weight 100% only. Now imagine a plane effector with the position y parameter set at 1000 and with the weight under the falloff tab keyframed from 0 to 200 so the clones animate into position in random sequence.

The issue that keeps coming up for me in this scenario is the inability to control the easing of the clones. There’s no spline to adjust that as far as I know. The solution is easy when falloff is a shape, but how do we get that control when animating based on weight? I also am looking for a solution that doesn’t rely on the delay effector. Thanks.
