November 25, 2006 at 4:13 amuse a very soft white glow-VERY SOFT :-() I have gotten some very nice looks with the soft glow and even a bit of gaussian blur but again very low amount-just keep playing until you get the look you want.

November 25, 2006 at 6:31 amI’ll second the glow thing there. I’ve actually gotten some great results for other (non-wedding) grading using two glows together, one to bring out the white highlights, then a second to kinda blur and soften them. If that makes sense.

November 27, 2006 at 12:11 pmThis will give you much better results for a soft look, IMO:
duplicate your video track and on the upper one set comp mode to overlay, set opacty to 40%
duplicate your track again, add gaussian blur (light) then set comp mode to screen and set opacity to 60%.
Messing w/opacity values & blur amount will vary the effect.
