If easy is your request, start with what you know.

Word and PowerPoint can export your files as HTML.

If you are willing to learn a little, start with a WYSIWYG software like iWeb or Dreamweaver. Just keep your designs simple so you don’t end messing with what the real web is all about: coding and programming.
