Webpage Video Background Settings
Hello All, New CC’er here.
I’m building a website and would like to have a 1920×1080 looped video as the background. Does anyone have some render settings for a video that will be published to the web through a Slideshowpro H.264 portal?

The player is Slideshow Pro Director https://slideshowpro.net/products/slideshowpro_director/ which publishes an FLV and a fallback html5 for iPads and such. I was wondering if anyone had stumbled upon a rendering cocktail with a manageable file size that still looked decent at 1920×1080. Here’s an example . . .

Neat concept, bad example.
There’s nothing more wrong than a website that starts blasting music at full volume as soon as it loads.But, you asked about formats…
Consider that the SlideshowPro website says that “The SlideShowPro Player for Flash component requires one of the following versions of the Flash authoring application (Macintosh or Windows): Adobe Flash CS3 (and up), Macromedia Flash 8, or Macromedia Flash MX 2004.”
It would seem to me that you would create the best quality file you can from Vegas and let Adobe Flash encode the appropriate FLV file for you.
