  Web Host for MOV and MPEG files

  I’m considering hosting my site (constructed in Dreamweaver CS3) on In Motion. They offer Dedicated Servers (@ $200 plus a month) and Business Class (@ $7 a month) in between these levels is something called “Virtual Dedicated”. It offers 256 mb of extra ram, and is $40 a month. Is it worth going to this grade of server for MOV files?
  Is there a host out there that’s in the $20 a month range that handles MPEG and MOVs with high byte rates?
