anyone know the best way to export 7min of footage for the web. It was shot on a Canon XH A1 high def camera?
what file format and sizing to fit the wide screen? I need to stay under 100 megs if possible. everything I’ve tried is either too big or squeezes the width inward.

    thanks

What exactly have you tried, it is hard for us to say anything without knowing what you have tried.

I would use h.264 in compressor. Just create your own settings. Medium quality should be pretty close to the size you need. Then change the frame size to 640×360.
