We have 10 licenses for RSMB and Re:MAP. Recently we upgraded to OS X Yosemite and our version of AE to CC 2014. When I try to update my RSMB to work with AE CC 2014 I enter my licensing information then it asks me for the original license. I only have the one license for each machine.

How do I completely uninstall and start from scratch on all 10 of my licenses?

You might have a previous version of RSMB, if so you need to look for the DOWNLOAD PREVIOUS VERSIONS link (or upgrade). If that’s not it, contact techsupport at revisionfx dot com and provide name under which it’s licensed.

Don’t know what’s going on, but what version of RSMB and RE:Map licenses do you have? I suspect you have previous version licenses, and our installer is expecting the license you have, plus an upgrade license.

Write to us as techsupport (at) revisionfx (dot) com and we can have this conversation via email.
