  .wav files a one second different in length

  I recorded a concert with 7 cameras. The media was mojo hard drive. It recorded 48k 24.
  I also recorded the same program using a Mac lap top with an external hard drive using adobe audition CC
  48k 32. After downloading video to my iMac I imported the .wav file from audition. The audition file is about one second longer than the original video sound. What would cause the two files to be different lengths?
