I’m needing to add a small company logo to a corner of a video I’m making for my real job. I have the video finished but the VP’s want to see the company logo in all the shots rather than just at the end. How do I insert the logo to a corner and fade it out a little to make it a little transparent? I’m using Vegas 6. I used the picture-in-picture cookie cutter and can get the logo there, but I can’t size it properly and make it transparent. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. I need to get this finished so I can get paid.

thanks again to all for your input.

    Dan,

Place your finished logo on a timeline above all your video, and drag it to the length of the entire video…then use the ‘track motion’ to resize and place the logo where you want it remain on the video.
Then on the left side of the timeline you see a slider marked “level”,
drag that slider down to achieve the transparency in the logo.
