watercolor transition effect
i see this effect on tv all the time the artist uses a transition that looks like water spreading across paper similar to a watercolor painting this guy uses it alot in his reel:
so any ideas how i could achieve such an effect?

I think most people achieving this are using real flow or they are using alpha/luma mask royalty free stuff.
