  Watercolor Fill in Shape Layer/Solid?

  I’m trying to take a solid/shape layer and fill it with a water color texture kind of like the picture below. I really like the ink and watercolor below. I have found plenty of tutorials on ink bleeds and watercolor but not that fills a shape layer. I’m lost. Help me friends.
