Water Drops/Dust On Lens
Hi! Im wondering how I could achieve the effect of water drops or dust being on the lens of the camera. Im doing 3D animation, so this is not going to be doable in the actual “filming” part. I have a few examples attached. Im kinda going for it to only be on bright parts too, as seen in the pictures. Any ideas? Thanks!

Thats awesome! Thanks! Now how would I make it only around the light? Should I try to track the light and then parent a mask to it? Or is there an easier way?
