washed out renders with QT 7.5
Greetings,
I’m sure this has been covered but I’m darned if I can find the right search terms to turn up the pertinent info…
Having avoided upgrading quicktime since just before the big mess-up with 7.4, I upgraded to 7.5 yesterday.
I did this to solve a different issue, but have now found that my AE animation/lossless renders look washed out. I just needed to render out a few new frames on an old job and the colours don’t match at all.
Anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

I have not had any problems with the Animation codec, but this is a common problem for the H.264 codec. The fix is in changing the way quicktime reads the transparency. Check out my response to the post above re this issue with h.264 and see if that fixes the problem.
