Was smaller BMD better BMD?
Recently I keep hearing from QuickTime codec developers they can’t implement playback via BMD hardware because BMD wouldn’t help them to do it. What’s going on? It used to be Apple the Bad Guy who keeps all the good stuff for itself. I’m not expecting DeckLink to support DiVX but there’re some very useful codecs out there like Cineform and Glue Tools.
