I simply tried the warp stabilizer on a clip. Nothing special, and I got this variation in the colors.
On the left is the original. On the right is the stabilized clip with color change.

Can someone tell me what I need to do when this happens? Or do I just need to color grade after I go through this process.

    Thanks

Is the clip on the right after you rendered it or is it a screen capture from the Comp Panel? And which file format/architecture/container and CODEC are you working with?

The clip on the right is after I rendered it.
The clip is from an HDSLR so H.264.

I rendered it at 1/4 and full and same results.
